This research was motivated by preliminary observations showing that the learning media used in the Network Infrastructure Administration subject were not varied. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using Cisco Packet Tracer media in improving the learning outcomes of eleventh-grade Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) students at SMK Negeri 1 Buay Pemuka Bangsa Raja. This study employed a quantitative experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data were collected through tests and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the paired sample t-test and N-Gain statistical techniques. The results of this study indicate that the use of Cisco Packet Tracer media is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in the Network Infrastructure Administration subject, as evidenced by the increase in the average score from 64,85 (pretest) to 79,55 (posttest), and the statistical test results that rejected the null hypothesis (H₀) and accepted the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ)
